Ingredients:

1 1/2  oz tequila

3 oz pickle juice

Directions:

Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass with a salted rim and fresh ice

Garnish with a lime and fresh jalapeno slice

Rim Your Glass (optional, pictured):

1. Take a rocks glass and run the cut side of a juiced lime half along the edge of the rocks glass
2. Dip the rim in the smoked paprika, set aside

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice; shake until well-chilled
2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
3. Top with the ginger beer
4. Garnish the top with a pinch of smoked paprika if you do not rim the glass

Keto Maple Simple Syrup

Ingredients: 

• 2 oz sugar free maple syrup*
• 2 oz water

Directions: 

1. Combine sugar free maple syrup and water in a microwave-safe measuring cup
2. Microwave for 1 minute on high
3. Stir thoroughly

Makes 4 ounces

Maple simple syrup may be stored in the refrigerator in a container with a tight-fitting lid for up to 4 months.
