Elderflower Liqueur
Essential for Craft Cocktails
Ingredients
- 2 cups 80-proof French vodka
- 3 oz Keto Elderflower Cordial (my recipe is here)
Instructions
- In a pint-sized mason jar, combine all ingredients and screw lid down tightly. Shake until thoroughly combined. Taste the liqueur and add more cordial if you like.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 year.
Matcha Infused Gin

Ingredients:
- 20 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1 tbs matcha powder*
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a large jar with a tight-fitting lid or a gallon sized zipper top freezer bag
- Shake jar or freezer bag until contents are well mixed
- Allow to rest for 1 hour
- Shake again until thoroughly mixed
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
