Blueberry Summer

---

Ingredients:

• 2 oz vodka
• 1 ½ parts sugar free blueberry syrup*
• ½ part cream
• ½ part sugar free coconut syrup*
• 1 part sugar free triple sec*
• 6 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a drink blender* cup
2. Add the ice
3. Blend until smooth
4. Pour into a small hurricane glass
5. Sprinkle a few fresh blueberries on top and serve with a straw

Ingredients:

• 1 oz vodka
• 1 oz  elderflower liqueur (my recipe is here)
• ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
• 4 dashes Watkin’s* or other aromatic bitters
• ~4 ounces diet tonic water to top

Directions:

1. Add vodka, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice until well-chilled
2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice
3. Top with tonic water and stir gently
4. Garnish with a mint sprig or lemon twist if desired

• 1 oz sugar free chocolate mint syrup
• Zero sugar spray whipped cream in a can, for garnish
• Sugar-Free dark chocolate shavings, for garnish

Directions:

1. Rim a chilled cocktail glass with cocoa powder, if desired
2. Add first 3 ingredients to a shaker filled with ice
3. Shake until well-chilled and shaker is frosted over
4. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or cocoa powder, if desired

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until well-chilled
3. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass
4. Lightly sprinkle more cocoa powder on top
